Salmon with a lemon lime butter 
2 8oz salmon filets
1/4 lb butter
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
1 tbs lime zest
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
salt to taste
    Set the butter out so it softens to room temperature. Mix the butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, lime zest, cayenne, and salt into a compound butter. Should be soft but not melted. Place the salmon filets onto a baking sheet. Place a good amount of the compound onto each filet.  Cook in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
